Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies to orders totaling $0-$60, shipping cost $15.
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies to orders totaling $60-$9999, shipping cost $0.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and select regions in Asia and Oceania. Some remote locations or areas with restrictive import regulations may not be serviceable. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor progress. Most carriers provide real-time updates, including customs clearance milestones for international shipments. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days or notice unusual inactivity, please check your spam folder first, then contact us for assistance.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we meticulously coordinate with reliable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, or logistical challenges. For lost shipments, we initiate investigations with the carrier and will either resend your items or issue a refund once the case is resolved. Customs & Import Duties

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in your order total. We declare all packages at actual purchase value and cannot mark items as "gifts" to avoid fees.
